4. Appointments, Payment, & Refunds

  • Scheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require [“24 hours’ notice”] to avoid fees.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We may accept insurance, self-pay, or other approved payment methods.
  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not issued for completed sessions. Exceptions may apply in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.
