Psychiatric Program
Our psychiatric program is
designed to provide services for patients with major
psychiatric problems. Patients admitted to either adolescent
or adult program will go through psychological testing and
are evaluated by a psychiatrist initially and then
continually throughout the treatment period. Moreover,
medication are offered on site to patients who require such
services.
After a comprehensive evaluation, we collaborate with
patients and families to develop a treatment plan to improve
the patient's health, promote positive social activity, peer
relations, and improve family relationships while promoting
abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
However, our goal is to resolve the problematic behaviors
and acute psychiatric symptoms that the patients experience.
Furthermore, the treatment team assists the patients to
develop effective coping skills to manage stress, form
healthy family relationships and commit to treatment in
individual and group therapy.
