is my pleasure and privilege to invite you to a facility
that will treat you with respect and human dignity
concerning all your treatment needs. I believe all
individuals have the aptitude to live a healthy and
responsible life, and they should be granted the
opportunity to experience that freedom. Therefore, my goal
is to provide you with the most efficient, caring and
comprehensive outpatient treatment.
I will get to know you personally as we journey through the
path of healing together. You will not be treated as a mere
object, but as a human-being who has purpose and meaning.
Our staff will do everything within their capacity to
promote and protect your welfare at MTOCC. We are sensitive
to your needs, yet receptive to input on how to better serve
you.

REFERRALS:
Referring agency may initiate and discuss appointments on
behalf of the clients. However, it is the client’s and/or
family’s responsibility to confirm the appointment, and to
complete a telephone intake.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Most insurance plans and major credit cards are accepted.
